Sooooo back to my blog's usual...I have more political stuff at mutteringsmalltalk, if you're interested.
Per Cheryl Richardson's 2nd chapter, I was to find a general theme, goal for life this year...and I am just picking the one I had from last year..." Living life to the fullest"...
I think to live life to the fullest, I have to be the healthiest "me" I can possibly be. This means that selfcare is first and foremost on my list. Soooo...my first priority this year is any action that is positive for my health- be it mental, physical, emotional and / or spiritual.
The first selfcare tactic I am going to attempt to " act upon" is a more balanced time schedule. Which means standard time to wake up and get going, get breakfast, and do my general errands and take care of my life, etc. Sounds pretty basic---but I allow my scheduling to go ping ponging everywhere, and it does not serve me as well as taking care of my self in a more balanced way by having 3 meals a day, getting up in time to take care of things and having energy to do so because of apprpriate sleeping habits etc.
That's it for now. I am taking this very slowly, and as I said, may take 2 weeks on one chapter, 2 chapters for 1 week etc.
