Yes List
This is my Yes list , stuff that I'd like follow up on every week through around 4/2/05 and of course, beyond...
1. Yes to self care : especially 3 balanced meals a day everyday, and walking everyday.
2. Yes to studying 2 hours per unit per class a week.
3. Yes to cleaning and clearing out my apartment.
4. Yes to connecting and contacting people I know.
5. Yes to paying attention to time management.
